A Tailored Approach to Therapy
Dr. Vickery believes effective therapy begins with truly understanding your story. No two people are the same — and your path to healing shouldn’t be either.
His approach is flexible and evidence-based, drawing from a range of proven methods to meet your unique needs, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) – to increase awareness, reduce stress, and support emotional regulation
Positive Psychology – to build resilience, focus on strengths, and foster a greater sense of well-being
Eclectic Therapy – integrating techniques from multiple modalities for a personalized experience
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) – for those seeking deeper healing from treatment-resistant depression, trauma, or chronic emotional distress (learn more here)
Each session is shaped by your goals, your pace, and your readiness for change — creating space for clarity, healing, and personal growth.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about understanding your story, reconnecting with your strengths, and making space for meaningful change.
