What You Can Expect
Led by Dr. David Vickery—a licensed psychologist with over 40 years of experience—this interactive workshop will equip you with five simple, research-backed tools to manage digital stress and regain control of your attention. These strategies are designed to prioritize your well-being without requiring you to disconnect entirely from technology.
Each session includes a 30-minute teaching segment followed by a 30-minute Q&A, giving you space to ask questions, reflect, and apply what you’ve learned to your real-life challenges.
Every participant will also receive a Digital Stress Management Toolkit, complete with a guided journal, stress ball, and other practical resources to help you implement what you’ve learned long after the session ends.
